direction for use:

1 grease lubrication (photo 1): before use, please connet to the coolant pipe, and make sure it is in normal cycle.

2.before start the spindle, please rotate the spindle by hand, if not turning smoothly, you should clear the fault and verify the direction of spindle rotation. if the spindle is in the vertical direction, you should make a clockwise turn; otherwise, verify the current connection to make it consistent. cooling fluid for the grinding workpiece can not be let out on the spindle end closure, which will damage the spindle and the bearing. when you stop the spindle, first stop the spindle motor, when the the motor come to the normal temprature, then stop the coollant system.

preventive maintenance

1. the rated voltage,and frequency of the input power of the spindle should be consistent with the technical parameter of the spindle. the roating speed of the spindle can be adjusted by the frequency, and the voltage proportional to the change.

2 if thespindle is temporarily not used, you should use the compressed air way to move out the colling fluid and make the spindle clean, to prevent the water way block and rust.

on the surface of the spindle, you should do mothballing; you should use protector on the shaft end, and add moisture absorption or dry powder, and store the spindle under dry environment

3 bearing replacement should be operated by the professional technicist.
